1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AIProfitHub ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Accounts & Access
Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
API Keys: API keys are generated for your account and must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys. Do not share API keys in public repositories or client-side code.
Organizations: If you create or join an organization on AIProfitHub, you agree that administrators may manage access and review usage data for all members.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
3. Service Description
AIProfitHub provides AI cost tracking and optimization tools, including:
- SDK packages that wrap AI provider clients (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to capture token usage and cost data
- Dashboard for visualizing AI spend, usage trends, and optimization opportunities
- Budget alert system to notify teams when spending thresholds are crossed
- API for ingesting usage data from any compatible source
We do not process, store, or have access to the content of your AI prompts or responses. We only capture metadata: token counts, model names, response times, and associated cost calculations.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harvest or collect user information without consent
- Use the Service for competitive intelligence against AIProfitHub
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Billing & Payments
Subscription Plans: AIProfitHub offers Free, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans. Plan details and pricing are listed on the pricing page and subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.
Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. If you cancel a paid plan, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period. Pro-rata refunds may be issued at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
6. Intellectual Property
Our IP: The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by AIProfitHub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Your Data: You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by AIProfitHub without compensation or attribution to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIProfitHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
